My apartment was modern and clean near Hang Mua, Tam Coc and Trang A, the two main attractions and an alley 30m. Everything was great and I got wake up calls for free. I tried pancakes and fruit, served for breakfast, everything was OUTSTANDING. I appreciated the host who runs the place.

The family who runs the place was extremely friendly and helpful. They provided us with a map of the surrounding area, which was very useful for exploring. the rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with a fridge and kettle. the breakfast was delicious, and we especially loved the hot tea on arrival and the tasty fried rice for lunch. the location was perfect, allowing for easy access to Mua Caves, our favorite spot in Ninh Binh. We felt right at home and couldn't have asked for a better stay. Cons: None.

Convenient location between the main tourist spots. The room is super clean and looks really new, plus it has a gate, a mini-fridge, and a kettle. The host gave us a really warm welcome. 😊

My stay at Tuyet's Homestay was exceptional. The entire place was well-kept and clean, thanks to the friendly local family who runs it. Yen, the manager, was always courteous and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I even got to try fresh fruits from their garden and received a ride to Han Mua when I needed it. The location was perfect for exploring the Ninh Binh area, with Mua Cave just a few hundred meters away. The room and bathroom were super clean, and the food served was one of the best I had in Vietnam. All the services offered, including bike and motorbike rental, were affordable and convenient. Despite the shared bathroom, it was not a problem during my stay. I also appreciated the small heater in the room, which was a nice touch. I highly recommend Tuyet's Homestay for anyone visiting the Ninh Binh area.

The accommodation was amazing with spotlessly clean and fantastic rooms. The location in a nice neighborhood was absolutely fantastic. The staff were pleasant and the environment was quiet. It's situated near the main sites and attractions, including Mua Cave.

The breakfast had a nice variety and was satisfying, the rooms had free Wi-Fi available. This place is just in front of hang mua, and the breakfast options were pretty satisfying, with a nice variety of dishes and they also have free Wi-Fi in the rooms.

The host, Tuyet, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. She provided great recommendations for local attractions and arranged scooter hire for me. The banana pancakes for breakfast were absolutely amazing, and I highly recommend trying the family dinner - the food was delicious! The terrace area upstairs was a lovely spot to relax in the evenings. I can't recommend Tuyet's Homestay enough!

We had a fantastic stay at a homestay in Ninh Binh! the location was perfect, with easy access to both Trang An and Phu Quoc by bike. the room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was spotless. the friendly hosts provided great service, and the breakfast was delicious. We loved exploring the area on the bikes provided by the homestay, making it easy to reach all the nearby attractions. We highly recommend this place for an enjoyable stay!

The small water heater tank for two people, which meant we had to take quick showers.
